Antonio Vaquero

Whilst having a successful career in Cardiology, as much as I loved helping high-risk cardiac patients recover, I realised that my job wasn’t leading me to the life of freedom and adventure I always dreamed of.

I had an amazing example from my parents, who alongside their regular jobs, were able to build a small property portfolio and retire early. Now, they travel the world extensively and live a life others can only dream about. This is why in 2017 I decided to follow the same route and started to educate myself in the UK property investment market.

First, I volunteered for a local developer for two years, then went on to buying, renovating and selling my own properties, as well as starting a Serviced Accommodation company.

In 2021 I launched Loft Property Investments to help both institutional and private investors acquire UK property investments and fast forward to today, I’ve sourced more than £15m worth of property deals to our clients.

As the director at Loft, my mission is to lead the team to provide a true life-changing service, facilitating safe, high-yielding property investments to our clients, who like I was, are hard-working, busy professionals wanting more out of life.

Starting in a customer-focused, finance career at 17 years old in Barclays Bank, I had values instilled in me, which I still carry throughout my business journey almost a decade later.

Being career-focused from such a young age, I decided to take a year away to travel Australia & Asia which highlighted to me the importance of financial freedom in the long term and so I took this time to self-educate on the UK property market.

In 2021, I made my first property investment in Liverpool, in addition to starting an asset management business that controlled over £2 million worth of property assets across the UK. This allowed me to focus full time on property and is where myself and Antonio came to meet.

We were not only aligned in vision, but values and the drive to provide a quality service.

I joined Loft Property Investments in 2023 to help streamline and supervise the day-to-day operations.

We have an extensive UK-wide network at our disposal, which paired with our expertise in a variety of lead generation methods, gives us access to unique off-market opportunities that can't be found elsewhere.

Onboarding

Contact us to book in your 1:1 Discovery Call. In this call we’ll aim to get to know each other, introduce you our service, explain how we work, and we will then discuss your goals, expectations, timelines and set up a plan of action.

Power Team Intro

We’ll introduce you to our team of lawyers, brokers, project managers, lettings agents, insurers etc so you are ready to proceed on a property as soon as we have found the right one for you.

Deal Sourced

We will send you only the deals that fit your exact criteria, aiming at doing so as soon as the next day after onboarding you as a client.

Deal Progression

Once an offer is accepted, we’ll oversee the entire deal progression process, whilst keeping you in the loop with weekly calls and solicitor’s updates.

Deal Complete

By the time the sale has completed, we will aim for tenants to move in as soon as possible so that you get a return on your investment right away.
